Retail IT Strategy Coaching

Once you have attended an RIT seminar, you are ready to work collaboratively with your business colleagues, recommend IT initiatives to enhance the delivery of the corporate strategy, and build corporate revenues and profits. You have the skills, but even the best laid plans can go awry. Sometimes we all need a little support.

To address this, RIT Experts has developed a cost-effective coaching program. Fours hours of telephone coaching will be delivered each month by a seasoned Retail IT expert, to discuss your challenges and help you achieve your objectives.

The coaching is delivered in blocks of six months, with monthly renewal thereafter; and allotted any way you want: all in one block, an hour each week, and so on.

Retail IT Maximizer Collaborative Workshop

This one-day interactive Collaborative Workshop is ideal for participants of the Retail IT Impact Maximizer Seminar who want to share their Impact Maximizer experience with their partners at their own retail organizations. It provides both business and IT users with the framework to enable the collaborative development of strategy-based technology roadmaps and IT investment plans in order to achieve corporate goals, revenues, profits, and success. The workshop is customized for each retailer and conducted at the retailer's offices.

The workshop is designed to promote collaborative discussion between Business and IT Professionals, and to enhance both the Business and IT visions in  how technology initiatives can contribute to the corporate strategy, revenues, profits, and success.

This one-day interactive workshop and seminar address the following topics:
  • Key retail, consumer, and technology trends and their relevance to your company
  • A consumer behavior-based framework to identify your company's retail strategy
  • Mapping the landscape of technology initiatives to your company's strategy to achieve your strategic goals
The workshop begins with a presentation by the retailer to the team on their corporate strategy and goals. The RIT team then presents key retail, consumer, and technology trends and facilitates discussion on their relevance to the company.

Next, the RIT team will present consumer-based strategy framework, and facilitate discussion to collaboratively map the retailer's strategy on the framework. They will then present the RIT Proprietary Landscape of Technology initiatives, gather consensus on areas of focus, and guide the team in mapping selected initiatives to the strategy framework, in order to achieve corporate goals.
